Tangy Potatoes

    Tangy Potatoes












  1.  Ingredients;
 Oval shaped potatoes big sized 3
 Mango powder 2 tsp
 Red chilli powder 2tsp
 Chaat masala 2 tsp
 Turmeric powder 
 Coriander powder 2 tsp
 Roasted cumin pwd 2 tsp
 A pinch of Asafoetida(hing)
 Salt 2 tsp
 2 tbsp oil

 Method;

 1.Peel and wash potatoes and cut 
    into 1/2 inch thick slices.
 2.now make a deep cut in slices 
    just like a pocket.












3.Mix all the spices and fill into
   each slice.

                                                 











 4.Take oil in a non stick pan and
     put all potato pockets in it,Keep
     it on medium flame with a lid .

    










 5.After 10 minutes change the
    sides of potatoes and cook it 
    for another 10 minutes.If both
    sides get crispy then serve them
    hot
.
