SPRING ROLLS

                              Spring Rolls

     Ingredients;
     1 large bowl of chowmein
     2 cups all purpose flour
     2-3 cups water
     salt to taste
     oil for deep frying
      
    
 Method;
1. Mix flour and water well in pouring consistency.
                                                          mix it well without any lumps.Add salt.
                                                      2. Take a nonstick pan put a ladle full of batter on
                                                           medium hot pan.
                                                      3. cook just it changes its colour to off white
                                                          cook it only from single side and remove it from flame.
4.Spread the pan cake on flat surface
put some noodles on one side of
pan cake.Turn both sides of pan 
cake inwards
                                                      
5.Now roll it tightly to make a roll.
Apply some water on closing of 
roll to paste it nicely
In the same way make other rolls
6.Now deep fry these rolls in medium  
hot oil.fry them till outer shell become 
crispy.Serve them hot with different 
types of chutnies.
