Paneer Butter Masala

                                   Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients:-
onions finely chopped 4-5
Tomato puree 1cup
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
1cup milk
garlic 3-4 cloves
hung curd 1/2cup
milk creme 1/2cup
tomato ketchup 1tbsp 
cottage cheese 250gms cut into triangles
green chilli 1
fresh corianderd 
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
salt to taste 
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan and add crushed garlic and saute them.

Then add chopped onions and saute them until golden brown.

Add tomato puree to it and mix them until it turns into a fine mixture.
 Cool this mixture and put this in a grinder.
Grind it roughly.
Heat it on medium flame till oil separates.
Add turmeric powder, salt ,red chilli powder, chopped green chillies.
Mix well.
Then add curd and mix it.
After that add fresh creme and tomato ketchup.
Cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Now add 1 cup water and 1 cup milk to make a rich gravy.
Add pieces of cheese and bring it to a boil on low flame.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot .

Quick way of making samosas

             DIET  SAMOSAS

            Ingredients for filling :
        1. 4-5 boiled potatoes
        2.Green chillies(2-3)
        3. Little Ginger 
        4. 2 tsp red chilli powder 
         5. Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
        6. Salt to taste 
For outer crust:-
1.  250gm all purpose flour(Maida)
2. 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
3. 2 tbsp oil
4. Salt to taste

Method:-
1. Mix maida, ajwain ,oil and salt well. Now  put water to knead.
2. Make a little hard dough and keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.
3. Now mix all the filling ingredients. Mash the patatoes ,put green chillies , red chilli powder
chopped ginger, freshly chopped coriander leaves, salt and make it a filling batter.
4.Make a lemon sized ball of the dough.Roll it and make a chapati. Cut the chapati from the center.
 5. Take a half part on your fingers and make it in a conical shape and paste both ends with a                                                                    little water .

6.Fill this cone with the mixture and paste its end with little water.

 7. Make the rest samosas similarly.
8. If you want to fry heat oil in a pan.(keep the oil medium hot)
9.Deep fry all the samosas on medium flame.
10. If you are health cautious then you can bake it in air fryer for 15-20 minutes on 200 Celsius
11. Serve them hot with sauce and pudina chutney.

      Vegetable Sandwich Parantha




Ingredients:-
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated cabbage
1 cup finely chopped onions
Finely chopped green chillies
1/4 tsp grated ginger
Fresh coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp cumin seeds(jeera)
Salt to taste
2 cup wholewheat flour & 1cup water to make soft dough.

Method:-
1. Take 2 small lemon sized balls of  dough .
2. Roll them  to make medium sized chapatis.
3.Now keep this aside.
4. Now mix all the ingredients excluding salt in a bowl.
5. Place 1 chapati and sprinkle salt to taste and place the mixture of vegetables on it.
6. Cover it with another chapati.
7. Press it to make it even.
8. To make it thin roll it with rolling pin.
9. Cook on tawa on medium flame & greese it with desi ghee.
10. Serve hot with butter and curd.
