Spicy Stuffed Brinjal
Ingredients;
Small sized brinjals 200 gmsDry mango powder 2tsps
Chaat masala 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Salt 2tsp or A.T.Taste
Oil 2 tbsps
Method;
1.Wash the brinjals and cut them vertically
from bottom side.Do not cut from the crowns

3.Fill spices in the cuts of brinjals

5.put all filled brinjals in it and
cover it with lid on low flame
for 10 mins.open lid change
their sides.
6.cook for another 15 mins .Now
