Yummy Pasta in white sauce
Ingredients;
Penny Pasta 250 gms
maida 2tbsps
onion 1 finely chopped
garlic 4-5 cloves carrots 2 cut into small pieces
capsicum 1 cut into small pieces
sweet corns 1/2 cup boiled
milk 3 cups
butter 2 tsp
bread crums powder 1tbsp
black pepper 2 tsp
Oregano 1tsp
Mixed herbs 2tsp
Red chilli flakes 2-3tsp
Salt to taste.
Method :
1. Add pasta in boiling salty water and boil till 3/4 done.
2.Seive pasta and put cold water to remove extra starch and
keep boiled pasta aside.
3.Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic cloves.
4.Stir them and add chopped onion and saute them until golden brown.
5.Add chopped carrot and stir them.
6.Add all the chopped vegetables and add salt and black pepper and stir on
low flame and keep aside.
FOR SAUCE:
Heat butter on low flame and stir on low flame till golden brown
Then pour milk and mix it .(avoid lumps)
Add bread crums and mix it to make a thick sauce.
In the thick sauce add the vegetable mixture and mix together and bring it to a boil.
Bring it to a boil and add pasta and mix together
Sprinkle oregano,mixed herbs ,salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes and mix them together .
Serve it hot .
